On the Summer Solstice and Litha....

I always look forward to the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, it makes sense for me to follow the "Wheel of the Year". Our family traditionally has a fire in our outdoor fire pit and leave milk, and honey, for the faerie folkWe set out intentions to have a bountiful crop from our home garden and a prosperous remainder of the year. (The new year being October 31st.)
For many, thousands, of years people from all over the world have been connected through the natural patterns of the sun and moon. A common ground for all races and religions to celebrate with each other without the barriers of "beliefs" blocking unity. The natural events of our planet should be shared with all people, animals, and beings. Hopefully one day we will all be able to come together and and celebrate the natural ebb and flow of the seasons in Love and Light. Brightest Blessings!
